How does it work?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A QR code journey in four steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. You place the steps on the map<\/strong> and write the questions and anecdotes for each place. An information panel can tell the story of a monument without asking any questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. You print a poster step by step.<\/strong>, with your visual, and you place it there.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Visitors scan the poster<\/strong>, the question arises and they play immediately without registering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Do players need to install an app?<\/summary>\n

    No. LamaQuest runs entirely in the phone’s browser. Players enter a room code, follow a link or scan a QR code posted on site, and the game starts.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Do players need an account?<\/summary>\n

    No. A nickname and an avatar are enough \u2014 players join as guests. Someone who scans a QR code without even picking a name plays anonymously, and can join the competition later without losing their score. Only the host has an account.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Where can you play?<\/summary>\n

    Anywhere there is GPS: a schoolyard, a park, a town centre, a campus, an estate\u2026 Every stop has an unlock radius you set yourself, from a few metres to several hundred.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    How do questions unlock?<\/summary>\n

    By GPS proximity, by scanning a QR code posted on site, or both. You also choose when each stop shows up on the map: right away, after the previous one, after a number of questions, after a delay, only when players get close (fog of war), or triggered by hand during the game.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    Can I reuse my questions?<\/summary>\n

    Yes. Your questions live in a bank that is independent from your quizzes: write them once, attach them to as many courses as you like. A new stop can even reuse a question written for another event.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    What languages is the app available in?<\/summary>\n

    French, English and Spanish \u2014 for the host’s screens as well as the players’. A single quiz can be translated too: each player then reads the questions in their own language, during the same game.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    How much does it cost?<\/summary>\n

    One credit lets one player (one phone) into one game: \u20ac8 from 20 to 99 credits, \u20ac7.50 from 100, \u20ac7 from 500, \u20ac6.50 from 1,000. No subscription, and credits never expire.
