The GPS treasure hunt that makes your events shine

Offer your clients a real-time experience, with no equipment or app to install: you prepare the route, they play with their phone, and you run everything from your screen.

Why LamaQuest

Designed for those who host often

Less logistics, more time for your participants.

No equipment

Participants play with their own phone. No tablets to rent, charge or carry from one client to the next.

Ready in a few minutes

Duplicate a route that has proven itself, adapt a few questions for the client, start the game.

A predictable cost

You pay per player, from €8 to €6.50 depending on volume: a simple line to include in your quotes.

An experience that stays with people

Powers, duels, photo challenges, final question, podium and trophies: enough to keep talking about the event afterwards.

Live supervision

You stay in control from start to finish

While the teams play, your supervision screen brings together everything you need to host, referee and re-energise the game.

  • Every player on the map, in real time.
  • Photos and free-text answers to validate with one tap.
  • A message sent to the whole room in an instant.
  • A player paused, excluded, or a score corrected.
  • The game log: who answered, which power was launched, and on whom.

The flow

A typical event, step by step

From preparation to debriefing, here is how a two-hour game unfolds.

Before

Prepare and test

Create the route or duplicate one, adjust the questions to the client and the venue, print the QR posters if you use them. The trial game shows you the route played by simulated players, without leaving your desk.

10 min

Welcome

Participants scan the QR code or type the room code, choose a nickname and an avatar, and join their team. You start when everyone is ready.

1 to 3 h

Play

They walk, unlock points, answer, launch powers at each other and challenge one another to duels. You follow everything and validate photo challenges from the supervision screen.

Final

Celebrate

A final question for one last twist, then the podium, the trophies and the race of scores replayed at fast-forward speed on every phone.

Afterwards

Debrief

The photo gallery of the game, the reviews left by players and the full report: enough to send a keepsake to the client and improve the next edition.

Built to last

A route prepared once serves dozens of times

  • Question bank: write a question once, reuse it in all your routes.
  • Duplication: copy a route with its settings, powers and stages for a new client.
  • Posters with your visual: your graphic design around the QR code, as a print-ready PDF from A4 to A2.
  • International groups: one route in French, English and Spanish, each player in their own language, in the same game.
  • From a few players to several hundred in the same game, in teams or every player for themselves.

How much does it cost?

FAQ

Questions from agencies

Can I offer LamaQuest under my own brand?

The posters you print carry your visual, and the route, the questions and the messages are yours. The application itself stays in LamaQuest’s colours.

How many participants can a game welcome?

From a few players to several hundred in the same game. Participants can each play on their own phone or in teams, with a team score calculated automatically.

Is a mobile network needed during the game?

Yes, the ranking, powers and duels are real time. If the network weakens, the game reconnects by itself, and the walking route to the next point keeps working offline.

Can I prepare a route without going on site?

Yes. You place the points on the map from your office, then the trial game lets you check the sequence with simulated players. A site visit remains useful to check the answers on the ground.

Do participants need to create an account?

No. A room code or a QR code, a nickname, an avatar, and they play. Only the organiser has an account.

What if a participant has no smartphone?

They join a team that plays on a teammate’s phone: a single credit is then used for the whole team.
